How can I help?
PHASE is built and supported by one pilot. Email hey@jogendra.dev and you'll get a reply from me directly, usually within a couple of days.
When reporting a problem, include your device (iPhone or iPad model), iOS version and PHASE version (Settings → Help & About → Version).
Purchases
- Restore Pro on a new device: Settings → PHASE Pro → Get PHASE Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Cancel Pro: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PHASE. Your first aircraft and all its data stay free either way.
- Can't afford Pro? Email me and I'll send a free code. Redeem it in Settings → PHASE Pro → Redeem a Code.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
iCloud sync
- Make sure every device is signed into the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on for PHASE (iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps using iCloud).
- Sync can take a minute after a change, especially on mobile data. Opening the app on both devices helps.
- If sync still doesn't appear, your data is safe on the device it was created on; email me before deleting anything.
Airfields
- Import needs an internet connection only while it runs. Always check imported circuit directions and add circuit altitudes from the current AIP.
- The two example airfields that ship with the app contain placeholder values: edit or delete them.
Checklists
- The seeded checklists and reference values are generic examples. Build your library from your aircraft's approved POH/AFM.
- Reorder checklists and cards in Library by long-pressing and dragging. Long-press an item while running a checklist to mark it not applicable.
Feature ideas
I fly with PHASE myself, and most of what's in it came from pilots saying "it would help if…". Send ideas the same way: hey@jogendra.dev.
Safety: PHASE is not an approved flight manual. Always fly your aircraft's approved POH/AFM checklists.
